Huge thanks to Jerry Garcia and Danny Wright in the Service Dept. for figuring out the problem and getting the new transmission installed in a very reasonable amount of time. Jerry and Danny were incredibly helpful and made everything hassle-free. I've worked at car dealerships in the past, and I was impressed with the level of customer service at Shottenkirk Kia. I had a stress free experience purchasing my Telluride. I was in and out within a couple of hours. Tim Davis was great! Tim listened to what I want and needed, and delivered. No hassle! So was the finance team, I believe one of their names was Floyd, but I could be mistaken, my apologies if so.

Located in Rosenberg and the very best KIA Dealership in the Houston area. I am 15 minutes away from 2 different KIA dealerships but drive 40 minutes to Shottenkirk KIA due to their excellent customer service, friendly staff, their efficiency and they don’t lie to you to take advantage of you by telling you that your vehicle needs all kinds of services that aren’t necessary like Parkway KIA does. They also only charge $80 for an oil change when other KIS dealers in the Houston area charge $135. The ONLY KIA dealership I have my 2022 Telluride serviced at. Thank you, Shottenkirk!
