They really do their best to figure out what's wrong with the car and fix it. Service guys are nice and good at keeping you up to date on the troubleshooting

My wife and I drove to Shottenkirk Fort Bend KIA right after 5 on Saturday to check this beautiful 2025 black Kia Sorento S. When we arrived we were helped by Damien. He told us the vehicle we came to see is a loaner but they had other options. We looked at White, Red and Everlasting Silver. We fell in love with the Silver. Damien was patient with us throughout all process. He made sure we got the best deal and we were taken cared of. Debbie is another Kia employee we worked with. She is a wonderful professional and explained every detail of our contract. Damien and Debbie deserve more than 10/10. I would also like to shoutout the two guys who washed our new car. Hello, Shottenkirk Fort Bend Kia Team! I had a great experience with Tim and his financial team and management team! Because I was looking into trading my lease car for financial any company's minivan, I have been to Toyota, Honda, Chrysler. I went through all the steps with all those car dealerships, and in the end, they didn’t approved. Only one company could give me a new lease contract. They didn't even try to check the finances of their car. I was about to give up. My friend made me try one more time at Kia. We showed up at Shottenkirk Fort Bend Kia, doing the same normal processing. I already knew my credit score was bad this time (the marriage messed up my credit), but I can make a monthly payment, because I have a solid job and a regular income. Anyway, the Kia financial team started to work on financial the Kia Carnival 2025 new car, and they allowed me to negotiate with them, treated me as non-racist, or nothing different from any others. Tim even went to another location to get a black-colored Kia Carnival 2025. That is the car color that I chose. Thank you, Tim! And after that, my friend was so rushed to an appointment, I didn't have enough time to look at the car. I just took the key and drove away, and they still helped out and did the maintenance on a small scratch on the door. I feel that it was a true consumer service! From the first minute until now, they didn’t complain about me, didn’t talk about my bad credit score or didn’t say why I choose that black color (not in-stock). Whenever I request, all they do is just help me out!!! No questions asking at all. It was really cool and the best auto finance experience. I would 100 percent recommend you go to get a car or at least check out this Shottenkirk Fort Bend Kia place!
