Great place to get your car serviced. They were courteous, they went the extra mile to get the bugs off of my car even though they didn’t wash it because it was raining. I really appreciate the shuttle that takes me to shop while I wait. Thank you Shottenkirk Fort Bend Kia service department.

All of my faded window trim on my Telluride was replaced under warranty. It took a little over 2 hrs. Although the tint wasn’t redone on the rear glass panels the overall job was great. I will definitely be going back to this dealership in the future.

As soon as I noticed the AC wasn't cooling, I contacted the service department. Originally, my call went to an automatic voicemail. However, Joe saw that I called twice, and before I could leave a message for an advisor to call me back, he returned the call promptly. They saw me the very next day and replaced my evaporator. I appreciated my updates via text message, and luckily, I was able to get my car back before the weekend—I experienced great communication from Joe Flores.
