I have bought several KIA’s From Fort Bend KIA and one from Shottenkirk KIA. They have always addressed mechanical concerns I have had, the last issues I had on my used Sorrento. They came back to me, to advise me that the issue was covered under their extended warranty. And though the part they needed, would take a day or two! They offered me a loaner, so I would not miss work! Thank you for great service. I will definitely be back again for a newer upgrade in the near future

After being treated so poorly at the Kia dealership in Katy, I decided to visit the one in Rosenberg. What a world of difference! They provide excellent service, foster a truly customer-centered culture, and possess the ability to actually listen to the client's perspective. Avoid the Katy location entirely; making the short drive to Rosenberg is absolutely worth it.
